This course is written for business leaders who's business does not have an IT Team - and are asking what do we do when your coursework recommends we take a problem to our IT Team. We understand that some people rely on outside assistance or an employee who know enough about IT to get by. Suggesting you take an issue to your IT Team to solve is not helpful!
This course will be a mix of advice, resource links, guidance on AI suggestions and quizes to act as prompts whether to take an issue to an outside technical resource. Our final lesson will then help you choses someone who is trustworthy and appropriate for your organisation.
